Why meditate?

THE TECHNIQUE

The meditation technique I teach is designed to release mental stress, unprocessed emotions and fatigue from the body, which allows for greater mental clarity, emotional stability and expands your overall sense of well-being and happiness.

During the meditation process you are experiencing your simplest, most calm state of being. This state, is then carried with you outside of meditation practice and into your everyday world.

Vedic Meditation is a mantra-based meditation from the Vedic tradition in India. It is an ancient practice adapted for the modern-day person. The technique allows you to easily transcend the surface level of thinking to experience the calm and stillness within.

With the correct teachings, anyone can practice how to effortlessly meditate and experience the lifelong benefits.

Group Meditation Course

Group courses are limited to a maximum of 4 students, ensuring you receive personalized attention and guidance while benefiting from the shared experience of learning with others.

The Format:  4 x 90-min sessions over consecutive days. Each session builds upon the previous one, allowing you to progressively develop your practice.
