Vedic Meditation is a mantra-based meditation from the Vedic tradition in India. It is an ancient practice adapted for the modern day person. The technique allows you to transcend the surface level of thinking to experience the calm and stillness within.

The Format: We will meet together for 4 x 90 minute sessions taught over consecutive days, where you will learn how to successfully meditate deeply with ease.
By the end of the course you will be a self sufficient meditator, empowered with a technique to cultivate more calm, resilience and greater clarity in your life.
Course numbers are kept small so you gain the most benefit and best support to successfully integrate the practice into your individul lifestyle.

Private 1:1 Meditation Course

One-on-one coaching is the ultimate personalised tuition for those who prefer to work on a one-on-one basis, to accomodate personal schedules, or would like to work on specific goals.
The Format: We will meet together over 4 x 90 minute sessions where you will learn how to successfully meditate deeply with ease.
The course can be taught over two to four days depending what works best for you.
The private tuition includes;
- Initial 1:1 30 min call
- Meditation Course 4 x 90 minute sessions
- Private 45 minute consultation 1 week post completion of the course
- Lifetime access to the monthly group meditations hosted via Zoom
As part of the course, you receive a private consultation one week post completion of the course as well as ongoing support from me with access to regular monthly group meditations and knowledge talks.
