I’m Soelae…

I’m a Wellbeing Speaker and Meditation Teacher helping people feel more calm, clear, and capable — both at work and in life.

I understand firsthand the pressure of high-performing environments. I spent over a decades as a senior event producer delivering large-scale corporate events, where long hours and constant demands eventually led to burnout and declining health.

Through that experience, I found practical ways to rebuild my resilience, focus, and overall wellbeing — tools I continued to use while working in high-pressure environments.

Today, I bring together lived experience and proven techniques to support mental wellbeing, resilience, and performance in the workplace.

I’ve delivered sessions for organisations and teams, facilitated retreats globally, and spoken at events including Wanderlust 108 Festival and the Stress & Overwhelm Summit.

Alongside my corporate career, I trained in Vedic Meditation, mindfulness, yoga, and wellness coaching — not as a career change, but as a way to manage the demands of high-pressure environments and restore my own health and performance.
