I’m Soelae…
I’m on a Mission to Educate and Inspire Your Leaders and Staff to Effectively Manage Stress and Unlock Their Limitless Potential.
I know firsthand what it feels like to burn the candle at both ends and experience overwhelm in a corporate job. I worked for more than two decades as a senior event producer running large-scale events. The work-hard play-hard culture took a toll.
After my health massively deteriorated, I had to make big changes to recover. I turned to something I was introduced to in childhood to improve my mental and physical health: meditation.
Being brought up in a family that taught me to meditate from the age of 4 gives me a unique perspective on how powerful the practice can be in both personal and professional life. After applying the meditation techniques I had lost touch with, I was able to return to the industry with improved resilience and focus.
After meditating daily for 15 years and integrating these techniques into my corporate work life and being a mum, I’m passionate about teaching effective meditation and mindfulness techniques to upgrade and optimise your life, your work and your health. I’ve run meditation and wellness retreats globally and spoken at iconic events such as Wanderlust 108 Festival and the Stress & Overwhelm Summit.
After nearly two decades of study with the world’s greatest teachers and experience as a meditation teacher, retreat facilitator, and corporate speaker, I’m here to help you integrate wellness into your workplace so your people and your organisation can thrive.
